MISSION

As a member of the Longmont body of Christ, as an expression of our faith, Agape Longmont serves our neighbors with shelter, food, jobs, and encouragement in the name of Jesus.

YEAR-ROUND SHELTER

Agape Safe Haven rents a small home that is used both as a Day Shelter where any homeless man or woman can come to the shelter to take a shower, wash their clothing, eat a hot lunch, and fellowship with our staff and volunteers. Our overnight shelter is a program for six homeless men. The beds are reserved for those guests for a full year. We require those guests to be sober, willing to obtain employment, capable of completing our program requirements, and desiring an opportunity to give back to our community.

OUTREACH/DAY SHELTER

Agape Safe Haven does street outreach every Tuesday and Thursday. We bring hot meals, snacks, and bottled water to Longmont's homeless. In addition to Street Outreach every Tuesday and Thursday we also open up the shelter for Day Shelter services. This means that anyone experiencing homelessness can come to Safe Haven to shower, do a load of laundry, eat a hot meal, and fellowship with our staff, volunteers, and year-round guests.
